Building 2113 units 2113A and 2113B were in need of cosmetic repairs and code compliance updates. The Army came to Meridien Group with this project because of Meridien's track record of renovating office spaces in existing buildings. Meridien's architecture team went above and beyond on this project to work closely with the customer throughout the entire design process to ensure that the finished product satisfied the Army's requirements and exceeded expectations.
Once the project got to construction, Meridien Group was able to successfully manage various subcontractors in trades including: concrete, mill work, HVAC, demolition, drywall installation, painting, ceiling installation, and electric. Throughout the construction process, Meridien was able to realize various scheduling efficiencies to complete the project within budget and on time.
Meridien Group's expertise with office renovation also allowed the team to realize additional aspects to the job that the Army had not initially considered. The team was able to bring these considerations to the table, and allow the Army to make decisions that ultimately allowed the end users to be even more pleased than anticipated with the final product.
